We are pleased to release ‘The CATCH Provider Survey Report – An Analysis of the Provider Side and Existing Offers on Coastal Angling Tourism in the South Baltic Region’. Surveys and research in four countries of the South Baltic Region allow discussing the current situation of sustainable coastal angling tourism from the providers’ perspective. The report addresses the state of service providers from seven service categories situated in the CATCH case study areas in Denmark, Germany, Lithuania and Poland. Findings are discussed and compared among partner regions, best practice examples identified and possibilities for improvement highlighted. Each region has its unique potential which needs to be exploited in a sustainable and responsible manner. The CATCH Provider Survey Report provides coastal communities and their providers with suggestions on how to improve their business strategies and services offered. CATCH aims to enable coastal communities to promote sustainable angling tourism in their region and profit from its promising development potential.
